Fair Schools is on a mission to end the disproportionate placement of Black and Latino students and multilingual learners in special education, through stronger tiered systems, better instruction, and truly inclusive environments. It improves student outcomes by building the capacity of school leaders, working alongside schools for three years to deliver coaching and professional learning in strategy, change management, and curriculum implementation, built around what each school’s data actually shows.
