Toni R. Barton, JD, MAT, is an education leader, podcast host, and author of Six Principles for Building a Truly Inclusive School. She founded Spelligent and the National Inclusive Leadership Institute at Relay, training leaders to redesign schools for equity. A former teacher and principal, her work has been featured in Forbes, Ed Post, and The Hechinger Report, and she’s presented at SXSW EDU and other national conferences.
