Jounce Partners’ Expertise Leadership Opportunity Project (ELOP) recruits, hires, and develops Black and Latino school leaders. This initiative addresses barriers experienced by Black and Latino prospective school leaders, including the tendency to direct leaders of color toward non-instructional leadership positions. The ELOP initiative increases representation in school leadership roles and helps Black and Latino leaders operate with deep expertise in the science of how children learn.
