Teach Indy’s mission is to recruit, convene, develop, and recognize educators of color in Indianapolis by cultivating a teacher-centered community, leading a county-wide effort to reimagine the role of a teacher, and convening educators as thought leaders. They seek to create an inclusive, diverse, sustainable education system that retains its high-quality educators of color and ensures that all Indianapolis students thrive.
