Project OneTen seeks to address the achievement gap between Black and Latino/x boys and their peers. Project OneTen’s mission is to engage and mentor Black and Latino/x boys who attend Chicago Public Schools during their transition from eighth grade to ninth grade, teaching them to recognize and develop their strengths, academic confidence, and innate brilliance.
