Navigate the Maze to Achievement (NTMA) aims to increase the number of Black and Latinx students enrolled in specialized and selective high schools in New York City (NYC), and support their success from enrollment to graduation and beyond. In NYC, Black and Latinx students make up 70% of all public high school students but less than 9% of students in specialized high schools. To combat this disparity, NTMA provides the information, strategies, and preparation needed to compete and succeed in high-performing schools.
