For the past 4 years, Dana was CAO for Lincoln Parish, leading schools to implement HQIM across all subjects, resulting in Lincoln ranking Top 10 for proficiency and No. 1 for growth in 2023. Dana’s success stemmed from 15 years at the Louisiana Dept of Ed, where she served as a network leader, working with district and school teams across 34 parishes. She began her career as a high school math teacher and debate coach and now lives in Ruston with her family.
