Nicola is a former teacher and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in both professional and personal coaching. She works with clients in education and social impact with strategic planning, program development, and leadership. Previously, Nicola has been a teacher, coach, and founder of educator wellbeing nonprofit, edwell. Nicola holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA from Brown University.
