Jonathan is a Founding Partner at Be Clear, a communications strategy firm that helps people building a better world. He served in the Obama Administration as Communications Director at the U.S. Department of Education. Previously, he served as a Partner at NewSchools Venture Fund, and led New Initiatives at KIPP. Jonathan has worked as an author, journalist and teacher. He is on the board of the Yu Ming school, and a former board member of the Education Writers Association.
