Tiffany Curry Young, a Grambling State University graduate, has served Lincoln Parish Schools since 2004, becoming a school leader of Dubach Elementary in 2020. Under her leadership, the school has earned Top Gains (2023–24) and Comeback Campus honors by LDOE, and improved from a D to a B rating. She was named 2024 Lincoln Parish Elementary Principal of the Year and a 2025 state semi-finalist, Tiffany leads with the motto: “High Expectations, High Achievement for All.
