Intrinsic

Entrepreneur: Ami Gandhi, Melissa Zaikos

Intrinsic Schools built their model starting with the student characteristics they believe are critical for success, and then layered in technology to enhance the experience needed to develop these characteristics. Their two main tenets for the use of technology are that technology should drive differentiation and should allow teachers to facilitate small group instruction. All students have computers and are grouped in grade level pods, upwards of 60 students guided by a team of three teachers.
