Roscoe has developed a model for school system transformation spanning Pre-K through postgraduate education to prepare students for college and high-demand careers. The approach combines Montessori Pre-K, high-quality STEM programming, college readiness, and higher ed & industry partnerships. Leveraging the Senate Bill 1882, the district will create a non-profit to support other districts in Texas in adopting its instructional model.
