Navigator Schools is a charter operator that currently operates three prep schools in California that significantly outperform their counterparts across the state. Their model, which features an inclusive approach to personalized learning, integrates smart tech and instructional staff development. As a next step, Navigator plans to pilot its model in four schools in the 2019-20 academic year while continuing to build out its full model.
