ELiTE increases equity, opportunity, and readiness for STEM-related postsecondary pathways for students attending public schools serving majority low-income Black and Latino populations. As a burgeoning model provider, ELiTE partners with high schools over two to three years to provide college and career advising along with STEM course electives to better prepare students of color for their transition to college. Through a site-based coordinator, ELiTE offers schools three components: STEM curricula, instructional and leadership support, and college/career advising.
