Michael Burdick
Michael Burdick is Senior Director, Finance and Administration for NewSchools Venture Fund, where he oversees all aspects of the organization’s operations, including finance, human resources, technology infrastructure, legal affairs and office management.
Michael joined NewSchools from The Hamlin School in San Francisco where he served as Associate Business Manager, managing the school’s financial operations and coordinating the issuance of an $8 million tax-exempt bond for facility improvements. He is also an advisor to the Bay Area Teacher Development Collaborative, an organization committed to improve teaching and inspire educational leadership by promoting professional development and supporting collegiality.
